You may qualify if:

Consumers in any of the 50 U.S. states except Indiana and Ohio, plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, who indirectly purchased, paid for, or provided reimbursement for any of the Named Generic Drugs—other than for resale—between May 1, 2009 and December 31, 2019. Excluded are the defendants' officers, directors, management, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates; consumers whose purchases of the named drugs were covered by Medicaid; the judges on the case and their immediate families; anyone who only bought for resale or bought directly from a defendant; and anyone who opted out (the opt-out deadline has passed).
