What we provide

Claimable is an independent information directory that organizes official eligibility criteria, deadlines, documentation requirements, and action links for U.S. class actions and consumer refund programs in Chinese and English. We are not a court, government agency, claims administrator, or law firm, and we do not represent them.

How content is produced

Automation detects page changes, checks links, and creates review alerts. A Maker reads primary sources and prepares a case version; a different Checker verifies eligibility, benefits, documentation, dates, official domains, and bilingual accuracy. Automation cannot publish legal facts directly.

Ranking and independence

The directory sorts by review date or deadline and does not accept paid placement. Claimable currently carries no advertising. If ads are introduced, they will be clearly labeled and will not affect case inclusion, ranking, or editorial conclusions.

Information boundaries

Claimable does not fill out or submit claims, charge filing fees, or ask users to upload Notice IDs, PINs, identity documents, banking details, or claim evidence. Official materials always control eligibility and payment.
