How cases enter Claimable

Focused inclusion

We prioritize actionable programs with a court, government, or court-appointed administrator source and enough official detail to explain eligibility, benefits, and next steps completely.

What automation does

Daily checks monitor registered pages for availability and content hashes, prefill bilingual drafts, and validate fields, dates, URLs, and evidence locators. Exceptions create review tasks and never publish legal facts automatically.

What two people do

A Maker opens primary sources and prepares the draft. A Checker using a different account independently verifies source relationship, eligibility, benefit, documentation, deadline, timezone, official entry point, and bilingual accuracy. Only the specifically approved version becomes public.

Updates and corrections

Source changes, failures, and conflicts enter a human queue. Closed claims retain historical pages without a filing CTA. Claimable is not a law firm; court, agency, and official administrator materials control.
