Amazon Prime FTC Refunds
FTC settlement refunds for certain U.S. Prime customers affected by challenged enrollment or cancellation flows.
You may qualify if:
The FTC page states a customer may apply for a refund if they meet all three requirements: they are an Amazon Prime customer in the United States; they signed up through a "challenged enrollment flow" or tried and failed to cancel through the online cancellation flow between June 23, 2019 and June 23, 2025; and they used no more than three Amazon Prime Benefits in any 12-month period following enrollment. Amazon determines the enrollment-flow question itself. Refunds were paid automatically in November-December 2025; those who did not get one received a claim notice starting January 2026.
The region filter only narrows discovery and is not an eligibility decision; official class definitions or payment records control.
